Each level extends outward to form an inhabitable promenade, encouraging movement, interaction, and framed views. The sculpted mass balances softness and structure, creating a dynamic yet cohesive urban presence.

In response to its urban context, the project adopts a disciplined architectural language defined by clarity and proportion. The façade is articulated with precision, where a pronounced arched base grounds the structure and establishes a strong connection to the street.
